Chef Ryley Eckersley's vision is to cultivate a space where culinary exploration meets artistic expression. At our intimate 16-seat experience, WØLF is a sanctuary for experimentation, music, art, having fun, and feeding people; fine dining turned on its head.
At WØLF, our 10 course tasting menu is a playful exploration of Oregon environments, pulling inspiration from the ocean, Oregon coast, mountains and valleys. We have a "super dope beverage pairing" that is highly eclectic, fun, and perfectly paired... we highly recommend. At WØLF, dining is more than sustenance—it is an experience.
